House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A transfer service is available at an additional cost. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellations from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.

The apartment is steps from Almirante Reis, close to Martim Moniz and Baixa, with bus, tram and subway connections nearby.
