House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is available every day from 15:00 to 23:00; check-out is before 11:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. VAT is included. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is in a nightlife area with bars and restaurants open until late. The number 28 tram stops directly in front of the building; Baixa/Chiado metro station is a five-minute walk away. Keys must be collected at the Lisbon Welcome Centre.
