House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Standard check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00; arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free from the booking date until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur a charge of 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is in Porto's historic center near Torre dos Clérigos. Restaurants, concert venues, museums and designer shops are within walking reach. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Centre in Porto.
