House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team on arrival at the apartment and phone with your arrival time once at your destination. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the total price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. VAT is included. Transfers are optional and cost extra. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; departure is before 11:00. The published cancellation schedule has no penalty until eight days before check-in, a charge of 100% of the rent from seven days before check-in, and a 100% charge for no-shows.
Getting there
The double bed is on a mezzanine. Alfama is on a steep hillside with narrow cobbled streets.
