House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning is a mandatory charge of € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final total; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. VAT is included in the accommodation price. Cancellation carries no penalty from booking until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in until arrival, or a no-show, incurs 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Alfama has steep hillside terrain and narrow cobbled streets.
