## About the house

The apartment has a double bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with two single beds on the first floor. There is one bathroom with a shower, a private living room with a sofa and dining table, and a fully equipped electric kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. A hair dryer, iron, clothes storage and hangers are provided, along with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request.

This private flat is in a block of flats and has a private entrance. The upper floor is accessible by stairs only. Alfama has narrow cobbled streets on a steep hillside between Castelo de São Jorge and the Tagus River.

Transfers and lockers at the Welcome Centre in Lisbon are available for an additional charge. Final cleaning costs € 35.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in.

The upper floor is reachable by stairs only. Alfama occupies a steep hillside and has narrow cobbled streets.

No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival to complete check-in and arrange entry. Call about your arrival time once you reach your destination. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:30, Monday through Saturday; check-out is before 11:00. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Final cleaning costs € 35.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it is payable at check-in. Transfers and Welcome Centre lockers in Lisbon are optional services at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in through arrival, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
