House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
