House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Any remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. Final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies for domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in case of non-responsible use. Cancellation is free from the booking date until 31 days before check-in; cancellation from 30 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
