House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs €30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra €80 fee applies for domestic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.) in the event of non-responsible use.
