House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Final cleaning costs €30 per booking. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra €80 charge applies for domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in the event of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during reservation, it must be paid at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; cancellation from 30 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
