House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning costs €30.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. For stays of 30 days or longer, an additional €80 fee applies in case of irresponsible use of domestic utilities, including water, electricity and gas. Cancellation is free from booking until 31 days before check-in; cancellation from 30 days before check-in, and no-shows, incur a charge of 100% of the rent.
