House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Final cleaning costs €30.00 per booking. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra €80 charge applies for non-responsible use of domestic services, including water, electricity and gas. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free from booking until 31 days before check-in; cancellation from 30 days before check-in and no-shows incur a charge of 100% of the total rent.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at rentals.feelslikehome.pt.
