## About the house

The house accommodates up to six guests and has a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the common living space. Bathroom facilities comprise one bathroom with a bathtub and a separate guest toilet. The living room has a TV with satellite channels. A terrace and balcony offer sea views, and the private garden has a barbecue and garden furniture.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and an allocated open-air parking space at the building are included.

The communal swimming pool opens from 1 March to 31 October. São Rafael, Coelha and Galé beaches are within 4 km; Albufeira Marina and Albufeira Old Town are each 3.4 km away.

A baby travel bed is available on request. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 84.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price, and VAT is included in the accommodation price.
