House rules
No smoking. No pets. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 40 late check-in fee, paid in cash at check-in. From 1 October to 31 March, arrival must be by 20:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 95.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is free from the booking date until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
