## About the house

The apartment has four bedrooms: two with two single beds each and two with one double bed each. There are three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with showers.

Facilities include a balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a lift and a garage in the same building. The shared swimming pool opens from 1 June to 30 September.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are provided. Air conditioning, internet access, garage parking, bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request.

Guests should contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 40 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. From 1 October to 31 March, guests must arrive by 20:00.

Mandatory final cleaning costs € 95.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is free from the booking date until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
