House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 35.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax of 2€/person/day is included in the final price; if it was not collected during reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers and lockers at the Lisbon Welcome Centre cost extra. Under the published cancellation schedule, cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on an upper floor accessible by stairs only, next to Alameda Garden in central Lisbon, with shops, restaurants and public transportation nearby.
