House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. Mandatory final cleaning costs €35.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax of €2 per person per day is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Cancellation is free from booking until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in, or a no-show, incurs 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is beside Alameda Garden in central Lisbon. Access to the upper floor is by stairs only.
