Strictly no smoking and no parties. The host states that a suspected party results in cancellation and that electricity is turned off if a party develops. Maximum seven overnight guests, subject to regulations. Check in after 16:00 and check out before 11:00. The host photographs the property condition before arrival. Getting there
Entrance is via a side avenue because the main road is on a busy corner. Beach access is advertised; the beach, route and distance are unspecified. Ulster University is nearby. The host describes the railway station as two minutes away and the International airport as 15 minutes away, without stating the travel mode. Whiteabbey village is about a ten-minute walk or one minute by car, with pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, coffee shops and convenience stores. Uber is available. Sauna use is subject to availability. Air conditioning is not provided. Pool status, step-free access and measured internet speed are not established.
