The house

The apartment sleeps four guests and has a living area with a sofa, rug, contemporary artwork and a large TV. Glass doors lead to a private balcony with wicker seating. A round dining table provides space for shared meals.

The kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine and cooking basics. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ensuite and direct access to a small balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have mirrored wardrobes. The two full bathrooms feature rainfall showers, bronze fixtures and complimentary toiletries. A separate laundry contains a washing machine and drying rack.

Split-system air conditioning and heating serve the living area. Wi-Fi is available, and free secure garage parking accommodates one vehicle. Shared facilities include a leafy rooftop terrace with BBQs and an on-site library. Boutique shops, cafés and nightlife are a short stroll away, with Brunswick Street and Gertrude Street nearby.
