The 154 sqm apartment is on the second floor with elevator access. The living room has natural light, sofas, a large flat-screen television and a dining table. The cream kitchen has a chandelier, an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, sound system, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

The primary bedroom has a super king-size bed and an ensuite with a freestanding clawfoot bathtub. The second bedroom has a super king-size four-poster bed accessible from one side only. The third bedroom has a double bed. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with twin vanity sinks and a waterfall shower.

West Kensington Tube station is close by, with South Kensington a few Tube stops away for the Victoria and Albert Museum and Natural History Museum. Kensington High Street and Holland Park are nearby, along with neighbourhood boutiques, cafés, restaurants, antique shops and farmers' markets.

There is no air-conditioning. Fans are provided in every bedroom from May through September; request fans for stays outside this period. Building heating is centrally managed, cannot be adjusted within the apartment, and runs from October through April only. The fireplace is ornamental. The primary ensuite has limited water pressure, and its shower drains slowly because it uses a Saniflo system.

Heating is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted within the apartment; it is on from October through April and off from May through September.
