House rules
No pets and no smoking. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Bookings more than 51 weeks in advance are allowed. Optional pool heating costs $625 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August.
Getting there
Direct beach access is via a private walkway with steps. An elevator serves all three floors. Parking is limited to seven vehicles.
