Two bedrooms are on the main floor; two upstairs bedrooms are connected by a second living area. The full bathroom is on the main floor and has a shower/tub combination. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee-making equipment, toaster and blender. A washer and dryer, window-unit air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, cable and smart television, and a Sonos speaker system are available. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are supplied. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as costs over $65.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, reopening the dates is at the owner's discretion. If Marquis rebooks the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments comply with the booking schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
