House rules
Maximum occupancy is six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A mandatory, non-refundable Sea Colony resort fee applies per person, per week to guests aged four and older, collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. The published schedule is: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. Fees are subject to change without notice. The 2027 fees are not finalized; 2026 fees serve as adjustable placeholders. Purchase the required fee before arrival to avoid possible check-in delays. Amenity availability is not guaranteed. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, the house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
Sea Colony has a half-mile private beach and a community shuttle. A maximum of two Sea Colony parking passes is available; vehicles above this limit must park off resort property.
