Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only; commercial business operations are not permitted. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost access cards costs AED600.00.
