Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The property is for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
