Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views are a 10-minute walk away. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Nearby 24-hour construction may cause loud noise. The building pool is closed for maintenance until the end of October 2026.
