## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to nine guests and has two bathrooms. The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, with a separate dining table. Sleeping arrangements include king-size beds in the master, second and third bedrooms, a single bed in the maid’s room, and two single mattresses in the living room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Linens, pillows, blackout shades, closets, hangers and reading lights are provided. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, an island, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. The apartment also has air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, an electronic safe and a baby crib. Children and infants are welcome. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher are provided. The building has an elevator.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided, along with access to the building’s gym, shared pool and other building facilities. The pool is temporarily closed for maintenance until the end of October 2026. Concierge service and assistance from a dedicated Guest Experience Manager are available 24/7; the manager meets guests on arrival.

Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views are a 10-minute walk away. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away, with a salon, laundry services and a supermarket nearby. Nearby 24-hour construction may cause loud noise.
