Submit passport copies before check-in. Use the property for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost cards cost AED600.00 to replace.
Getting there
Dubai Marina and JBR Beach are about 25 minutes away by car. Downtown Dubai is about 20 minutes by car, and Dubai International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are a short drive away. Nearby bus stops, taxis and rideshares provide transport options. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away; JVC has sidewalks and bike paths.
