Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED 600.00.
Getting there
InterContinental Mina Al Arab Resort and the Mina Al Arab waterfront promenade are a 7–9 minute walk away. The private beach area is temporarily closed for construction.
