Maximum occupancy is two guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Pets and parties are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbours, and do not cause disturbing noise during arrival, departure or the stay. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Rule violations may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
Getting there
The private beach area is temporarily closed for construction improvements. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.
