## About the house

The studio accommodates up to five guests and has a king-size bed and a sofa bed, a smart TV, blackout shades, linens, pillows, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. A baby crib is available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants.

The equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, hot and cold water sink, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Complimentary drinks, tea and coffee are provided. The private balcony offers an outdoor sitting retreat.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, fresh towels and essential toiletries. Air conditioning, a washing machine, iron and complimentary Wi-Fi are available.
