## About the house

The studio has a queen-sized bed, pillows, linens, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. A sofa, television, balcony and electronic safe are provided.

The equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island, a Nespresso machine, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, hot and cold water, cookware, crockery, cutlery and wine glasses. A dining table is available. The bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine, drying rack, iron, elevator and private entrance are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher. Complimentary parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided, along with access to the gym and building facilities. The shared building swimming pool is closed for maintenance until 1 November 2026.

Shops, cafés and restaurants are nearby, with quick access to Dubai Marina, Downtown and Mall of the Emirates. Concierge service and a dedicated Guest Experience Manager are available 24/7, and the manager meets guests on arrival.
