The studio has one bathroom, a balcony and a private entrance. It is suitable for couples, solo travellers and business guests, as well as children and infants. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, linens, clothing storage, a safe, a washing machine and a drying rack are provided. A swimming pool, gym and elevator are available.

The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, cooking basics, utensils and wine glasses. Bathroom amenities include hot water, a bidet, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel. Cleaning products are provided, and cleaning before checkout is offered. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The property is just off Al Qudra Road and Umm Suqeim Road, with access to Motor City, Arabian Ranches and Dubailand. Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Hills are within easy reach. Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Avoid noise that disturbs neighbours at all times, particularly 22:00–08:00 and during arrival and departure. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbours. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
