House rules
Maximum occupancy is two guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00, including during arrival and departure. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional charges depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
Getting there
Dubai Sports City is 2 minutes away; Dubai International Cricket Stadium and The Els Club are each 3 minutes away; City Centre Me’aisem is 8 minutes away. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.
