The house

The studio has a king-size bed, smart TV, sofa, blackout shades, pillows and bed linens, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. A counter table seats two, and the living area opens onto a private balcony with lake views.

The equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot-and-cold-water sink, trays, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The bathroom includes a vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, towels, hair dryer and essential toiletries.

Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, electronic safe and private entrance are provided. Guests have complimentary parking and access to the building's shared pool, gym and other facilities. An elevator is available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Complimentary drinks, tea and coffee are provided. Concierge service and a dedicated Guest Experience Manager are available 24/7; the manager meets guests on arrival. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Passport copies are required before arrival. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and lost access cards incur a replacement charge of AED600.00.
