Guests must submit passport copies before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00.
