House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost access cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
A public transport stop is a two-minute walk away. A pharmacy, supermarket, hair and beauty salon, barbershop and ATM are a four-minute walk away. There is easy access to Al Khail Road.
