Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The property is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
Getting there
Hayat Island Beach, the InterContinental Resort and the Marina Promenade are a 5-minute stroll away. The private beach area is temporarily closed for construction. Construction in the surrounding area may occur 24 hours a day and cause noise disturbance.
