House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED 600.00.
Getting there
The private beach area is temporarily closed for construction improvements. InterContinental Mina Al Arab Resort and the Mina Al Arab waterfront promenade are a seven-minute stroll away.
