House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only and must not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout; replacing a lost card costs AED600.00. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
Getting there
DMCC Metro Station is approximately a 10–15-minute walk away. The JLT Lake promenade is a 2-minute walk away. JBR Beach is approximately 10 minutes away by car.
