House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
DMCC Metro Station is approximately 10–15 minutes away on foot. The JLT Lake promenade is a two-minute walk away. JBR Beach is approximately 10 minutes away by car.
