The studio accommodates up to three guests, with a king-size bed and a sofa bed for children only. The sleeping and living areas include a smart TV, pillows, linens, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. A baby crib is available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot-and-cold-water sink, cookware, trays, glasses and cutlery. The dining table seats two, and there is access to a balcony.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, fresh towels and essential toiletries.
