Submit passport copies before check-in. Use the apartment for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
