The studio has a sleeping area, a sofa bed, a smart TV and balcony access. Pillows, linens, sheets, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights are provided. A baby crib is available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle.
