Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost cards incur a replacement charge of AED600.00. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Lagoon Walk is steps away; Residents Beach and the InterContinental Resort are a short stroll away. Ongoing construction in the surrounding area may occur 24 hours a day and cause noise disturbance.
