Submit soft copies of guests' passports before check-in. The property is for residential accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business activities. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs additional odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost access cards incur an AED 600 charge.
