House rules
Maximum occupancy is two guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Parties and pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Do not disturb neighbors during arrival, departure or occupancy, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
