## About the house

The studio accommodates up to two guests and has one bathroom, modern furnishings, a balcony and a private entrance. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, an iron, a drying rack, linens, hangers and a safe are provided. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, elevator and free parking.

Food preparation and dining equipment includes a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, freezer, kitchen utensils, cooking basics, coffee, wine glasses and a dining table. Bathroom amenities include a tub, bidet, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Essentials and cleaning products are provided, and cleaning before checkout is offered. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

A Guest Experience Manager meets guests on arrival and is available 24/7 before, during and after the stay. The team contacts guests after booking confirmation. Children and infants are welcome, subject to supervision rules.

Maximum occupancy is two guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Parties and pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Do not disturb neighbors during arrival, departure or occupancy, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
