House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Children and infants are welcome.
