Guests must submit passport copies before the check-in date. Domestic stays only; commercial business operations are not permitted. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Lost-card replacement costs AED200.00. Suitable for children and infants.
